Individual Fundraising Incentives
We know that you fundraise to reverse the course of the addiction crisis, but it's always nice to receive a pat on the back for a job well done. Shatterproof Rise Up Against Addiction 5K participants who go above and beyond will be recognized with special prizes!
You have until April 30th to earn incentives. Following that, you will receive an e-mail allowing you to claim your prizes from the selection below. If you prefer, you can decline your item and donate the cost of your prize back to Shatterproof.
All prizes will be mailed after the event. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Rules and Restrictions:
- Individuals will be able to choose ONE item from the list that they qualify for.
- Individuals qualify for fundraising prizes by raising the relevant funds on their individual fundraising page. Donations made to a team page, or to other team members' fundraising pages do not count toward earning the above-mentioned prizes.
- Teams cannot collectively earn prizes. They can only be earned by the individual.
- All funds must be raised by midnight on April 30th to qualify for a prize.
