When you sign up to join the Shatterproof Walk to End Addiction Stigma, you join a powerful community dedicated to transforming addiction treatment and saving lives. You can start a team by rallying your community to join you—ask far and wide because you never know who wants to make a difference!
Teams come in all shapes and sizes, so be sure to select the right team type for you!
- Friends & Family: Surround yourself with your friends, family, and community who want to be a part of supporting this important mission. There's nothing like reaching the finish line with a team of your favorite people.
Register Your Team - Local Community Teams: *NEW* this year, Shatterproof's in-person walks will have a Community Team for you to join! If you're ready to walk, but not prepared to start your own team, join your local Community Team! Whether you're walking in honor of someone you love, advocating for awareness, or continuing your personal journey, you belong here! Community Teams include: a dedicated tent space on Walk Day to gather and connect, a pre-event team kickoff to meet fellow walkers and share your story, and the chance to stand shoulder to shoulder with others who truly understand why this walk matters. - Corporate & Business Teams: Corporate teams are connected to a company and are made up of employees and their friends and family. Forming a corporate team is a powerful way to show your support for the mission while boosting morale, getting away from your desk, and uniting employees around a common goal. Register Your Team
- National Network Teams: Becoming a national team gives your company or organization a way to connect colleagues from across the country to be a part of the movement to end addiction stigma.
Serving as a national team positions you as a prominent leader in the movement by committing to participate in at least three walk locations across the country while setting a minimum collective fundraising goal of $10,000.
All national teams work with a dedicated Shatterproof staff member to ensure you maximize impact and achieve your goals.
